To use our Remote Support, please contact IT in Dentistry to arrange a support time slot. You will need to download and run the HelpDesk Download file (remote_support.exe) which will allow us to take control of your system.
To use the remote support software, click on the "HelpDesk Download" button on the left and save the file to your desktop. When instructed by our support staff, run the application - you may be asked if you wish to run this type of file, select run. Click on the "Allow remote connections", as shown below, and let our support staff know the unique ID for your system and then click start. We will then be able to interact with you on your system, either to rectify an issue or just to see what it is you are seeing.
