To use our Remote Support, please contact IT in Dentistry to arrange a support time slot and an access code. If you do not have Java installed on your system it can be downloaded from the Java website - http://www.java.com/en/
To use the remote support software, click on the "Connect to Support" button on the left and a window will pop up as indictaed in the image below. Support staff will provide you with an Access Code, the other information please complete and click submit. Software will be downloaded and once it is installed, a remote control session started, allow the remote connection for our support staff to be able to connect.
